Before joining Preston Scheffenacker Properties in 2001, Nelly worked for Bank of America and predecessor banks for 10 years. She has held various positions with Preston and currently serves as Controller.
Nelly graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1990 with a B.A. in History and received her M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore in 1999.
