Windsor Station

Re-positioning existing building with 11 acres for development

Windsor Station is the site of the former Actavis Building.  A 22 acre parcel in Woodlawn, MD it has formerly been used for manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical products.  Two of the federal government’s largest agencies are headquartered in Woodlawn:  The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Social Security Administration.  Together they provide jobs to 16,000 people.  Because of the growing need for office space, Preston Scheffenacker Properties designed Windsor Station as Class A office space.

The adjacent site consists of 11 acres and could accommodate a build to suit up to 235,000 square feet and a 5-story garage.
